1. The Service

ProofRole provides career tools for job candidates, including free CV checks, applicant tracking system (ATS) compatibility analysis, Career Vault experience tracking, and job-tailored CV generation.

2. What We Guarantee and What We Do Not

• Strict Grounding: ProofRole follows a strict Nothing Invented Policy. We do not invent qualifications, employers, metrics, or factual claims. All tailored content is grounded directly in the experience you provide.
• No Job Guarantee: Your match score estimates how closely your CV matches a job description. A high score does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or employment. Recruitment decisions remain solely with hiring employers.

3. Your Data and Ownership

• You retain 100% ownership of your resume, career records, uploaded documents, and personal notes.
• We never sell your career data to recruiters, employers, advertisers, or data brokers.
• We never use your private CV content or personal data to train public AI models.

4. Free Scans and Account Storage

• Anonymous scans uploaded on the public check tool are stored temporarily for 24 hours to let you review results and decide if you want to save them.
• After 24 hours, unclaimed anonymous scans and uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.
• When you create an account and opt to save your CV, your experience records are stored securely in your private Career Vault until you choose to delete them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ProofRole only for legitimate job search and career development purposes. Automated bulk scanning, scraping, and attempting to bypass rate limits are strictly prohibited.
